Channel Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description :-
  • Strategic planning, implement (Do, Check and Action) and monitor reports in accordance with the organization’ vision and goals
  • Manage sales and marketing teams to achieve target of Goal & KPI monthly, such as sales volume, profits, number of customers, number of satisfied projects
  • Provide Customer and Team Member satisfaction
  • Achieve Zero Client 10,000 Units and Profit Target within 2013
  • Plan, collect, and summarize weekly and monthly reports for both private and team e.g. Sales Pipeline, customer information report, sales reports, customer meeting reports
  • Expand and develop new Business Partner and End user in education institutes, SME, Enterprise within Bangkok and upcountry
  • Ability to build Connection and initiate Large Project and arrange contracts for private companies and government agencies
  • Plan and implement marketing activities for Partner and End user e.g. Road show, PR, Social Media, DM, Promotion
  • Work with the team to implement the POC for both Partner and End user to meet customer’ needs
  • Coordinate and provide after-sales service, troubleshooting products and services in relevant departments
  • Keep the partners updated on the latest product, marketing programs/event and incentive
  • Manage partner’s performance through monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • You will need in-depth sales, business and professional skills to work with any level of channel management. With a perspective beyond the assigned territory, you will provide input to sales objectives and strategies for building an effective channel.
  • You will use your effective communication skills as you engage team members to define approaches and goals, especially as they relate to the Route-To-Market approach, Solution positioning, or defining sales action plans.
  • You will facilitate teams, where members represent a diverse set of business interests or objectives.
  • You will develop business and sales strategies for communicating new developments or announcements in the channel to client teams, members of other specialty teams, Business Partners and to the customer within the assigned territory. Further, you will need to negotiate effectively with multiple levels of channel management, resulting in successful closing of the sale.
  • Perform any other project or duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications :-
  • Possess at least a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or MBA or any other related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Have at least 10 years of working or related experience in the IT Solution, Server, Thin Client businesses and work results including success in achieving progressively higher quota or other sales related goals.
  • Experience in private, government, school, and SME auctions
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in team management
  • Experience in building Connection for large project within private companies and government agencies
  • Basic knowledge of Hardware, Windows Server, and Network
  • Have effective communication skills both orally and written
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up

Job Description
:-

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
▪ รับผิดชอบด้านการวางแผนและเทคนิคการนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการไปยังกลุ่มเป้า หมายทางโทรศัพท์ เพื่อให้บรรลุยอดขายตามวัตถุประสงค์และนโยบายขององค์กร

▪ Responsible for achieve sales quota target

Job Description :-
  • Achieve target of Goal & KPI monthly
  • Provide Customer and Team Member satisfaction
  • Plan, collect, and summarize weekly and monthly reports of team and private e.g. Sales Pipeline, customer information report, sales reports, customer meeting reports
  • Handle general daily administration work in sales department
  • Receive telephone, e-mail enquiries and pass to related sales team for further actions
  • Inbound and Outbound calling to Present our IT Products / Services to existing customers and potential customers by call
  • Call Follow up after sales service to check customer satisfaction, problem and ask for customer ‘s friend reference
  • Provide proper data (customer, product, vendor) for data input in system
  • Checking H/W and S/W information (pricing, specification ,conditions) with vendor
  • Assist Sales person to prepare quotation to customer
  • Handle sales concerning documents ex. quotation, P/O from customer, Attachment Cover Sheet, Cost Plan, Internal Quotation, etc.
  • Check the completion of support documents before submit to Sales Order issuance
  • Coordinate with SNC concerned parties about products & services delivery
  • Coordinate and co-operate between Sales & back office staffs
  • Assist Sales to check/answer/provide the right information about SNC’s products to customer
  • Prepare Amendment Request form and gather all necessary information from sales to support the request of amendment
  • Generate the essential sales information from system ex: sales order no, status of sales order, etc. and report to sales person
  • Coordinate in preparing & arranging sales tools & activities ex. Catalogue, price update information , seminar, AD, Promotion etc
  • Perform sales administration activities in compliance with the company’s policies, Sales Administration Procedure, work instruction, other related procedures with the best effort for the company
  • Control & filling sales concerned document such as quotation, customer’s P/O, Basic Requirement Check Sheet, etc.

Accounting & Admin. Manager

Responsibilities:- Accounting function

▪ Manage overall Accounting & Finance function
▪ Accounting Operations (Daily accounting, Reconciliation, Tax, Legal, Internal Control, Local bankers)
▪ Handle & Close full set of Finance and Account
▪ Prepare financial reports; i.e. income, expense, capital usage & cash flow
▪ Supervise and coordinate with other accounting staff in handling the accounting functions: standard costing, account receivable, account payable, taxation, etc
▪ Review and analyze the variance on monthly and yearly report
▪ Preparation of strategic plans, budgets & financial forecast
▪ Follow up the approval procedure to the company expenses, invoices
