Warranty Conditions

1. SIAM NETWORK & COMPUTER Co., Ltd. accepts warranty for products purchased from the company or the authorized dealers only. The warranty period is specified on the product.
2. The company only accept the warranty on the damaged products occurred under the pre-defined conditions. The warranty does not cover products outside of said conditions (details in the next page).
3. The warranty does not cover the damage occurred by any misuse or outside of any circumstances specified in the user manual, for instance, using the product outside of its operating temperature.
4. The warranty does not cover the damage occurred by modifying the software and hardware including accidents such as fall damage, liquid or any unnatural causes.
5. The warranty does not cover the damage occurred by modifying, fixing, opening the product by unauthorized personnel from the company.
6. For the malfunction or broken products that are eligible for the warranty, the company would provide the fix and any parts that need changing with the warranty equals to the remaining time of the original warranty.
7. The company and authorized dealers do not take responsibility in the case of any data or information loss during replacement or repair. Users are advised to backup and remove all important data on the product before handing over.
8. Warranty Label, Serial Number, or warranty sticker on the product must be in a good condition without tearing, broken, fading, being modified or covering the important bits.
9. The product must not have been through any modification, repair or opening from unauthorized personnel from the company.
