Customer Service

in a case of failures or problems occurred to the system. The company will provide urgent inspection and fix. We provide “Emergency Service” for you to ensure that your system will get back up and running with the least damage.

Hardware

          In the case of hardware failure during the business hours, we will replace the equipment in the next business day morning from the day that a customer submits an enquiry and an inspection is completed before 3 pm by using transport service. Unless the event occurs outside of the working hours, on weekends and national holidays, we will carry out the request in the next working day.

Software

          In a case of software failure in the business hour. We can provide an online service and remotely fix your issues within 1 hour of a request. Unless the event occurs outside of the working hours, on weekends and public holidays. We will provide the online service in the next working day.

Claim

Claiming the warranty

  1. Download a warranty claiming form
  2. Fill the form with customer details, serial number, the problem for the warranty and attach photos in the front and rear view that show the warranty label and serial number. Send the document to the company via Line: @SMARTNETCOM or Email: info@snc.co.th
  3. A staff contacts the customer for further information and provide steps for basic inspection, cooperation is appreciated.
  4. After the inspection, before 3 pm, the company would send a transport to pick up the product and a new unit would arrive in the next day. (the customer would need to prepare to product for transport)
  5. If in any case, that additional cost might imply, the company would inform the customer in advance.
